Plastic ones can break easily or bow in the centre when used on wider windows. Real Wooden Slats All of the wooden slats are 3 mm thick they are treated against warp and cracking and are of superior quality. Using the cords on the blind you can easily tilt and slats to let in the required amount of light, or simply pull the whole blind up letting in the maximum amount of day light. Matching Wooden Pelmet Once you have fitted you blind into place the last step is to clip on the real wooden pelmet. This completes the look of the blind and the colour is a perfect match with the wood giving it a great finishing touch.
