Perforated blinds are a new feature in the venetian blinds trade and have only been available over the last year or so. They have the same material as the plain coloured slats, but the slats have been manufactured so that they have 1mm holes spread over the slats. These give an amazing affect when light comes through the blinds it diffracts through and still lets plenty of light in. Therefore you can have the blind down and closed and still let adequate light. These are very modern and would look great in a modern office or home.
