Delivery

At Nets2go we have partnered with royal mail and the UK’s most reliable Courier Companies. All parcels we dispatch are fully insured against loss or damage. Don't panic if you miss your delivery, the courier company will simply leave a card and you can arrange a re-delivery when you are ready, completely free of charge. Customers with parcels dispatched with Royal Mail have the option of collecting this from your local post office. We email all our customers when the order has been dispatched and give a tracking number, so you will know when your goods will be arriving.  

Delivery lead times

All of of our made to measure nets, curtains and blinds are delivered within 5 - 7 working days or less. More accurate delivery times are available on the individual product pages. For example some of our standard products that do not need alteration will have a much quicker delivery.  

Delivery Charges 

At Nets2go we sell a vast range of products that have different weights and sizes. As a rough guide it’s much more expensive for us to dispatch heavier and more bulky parcels. Therefore to make it fair on our customers we have split our products into 3 categories: small ( net curtains ), medium (ready made curtains) and bulky ( Long Rods ). We still offer FREE delivery on all products over £75 and on our net curtains and voiles you only need to spend £50 to receive your FREE delivery. On each product page it will clearly tell you the category and the delivery costs. Your delivery costs also depend where you live.
