Net Curtains FAQ

  • 1. How soon will I receive my order?

    When we receive your order and payment we will email you to tell you when your order will be dispatched. We normally dispatch within 48 hrs. Custom net curtains take slightly longer because they are more labour intensive.

  • 2. How do I change/cancel my order?

    If you ordered the wrong window size, you must contact Customer Service straight away. They will normally be able to help you with alteration/cancellation as long as the product has not been dispatched.

  • 3. What is nets2go returns policy?

    We will unconditionally accept returns from customers as long as we receive them within 7 days and they are returned in a re saleable condition.

  • 4. Can I wash/Iron my net curtains?

    You can hand wash them with warm water, do not use a washing machine. If you iron them we recommend you set the iron on a low heat, so you do not damage the material.

  • 5. Can you put heading tape on net curtains?

    Yes we can stitch heading tape along the top of the net curtains instead of having a standard slot. If you require this please call a member of our team on the customer helpline 0845 6448175.
