Nets2go, always ensures we dispatch top quality net curtains. If any part of the curtains does not meet with your expectations you may return it within 7 days and will receive a full refund. All we ask is that the net curtains return in original condition including all the original packaging and has not been adjusted in anyway. If there is a problem with your net due to customer error, for example measuring your window the incorrect size, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a full refund. We also do not offer a full refund if you are not happy with the colour or quality of fabric, this is why we offer a free samples service. Please email us at support@nets2go.co.uk before returning any item to ensure it meets our terms or alternatively call our customer service on 0845 644 8175. Your statutory rights are not affected
